    In our work, we have often met Owners of large companies who achieved success without attaching much importance to visual style. However, they all unanimously stated that if they had the market experience they gained after many years, they would have planned marketing activities related to the brand differently. Why?     Reoptis is a brand of an ophthalmology clinic created by the outstanding doctor Andrzej Dmitrow. In medicine, the most important thing is always the knowledge and experience of a person, we can only show them in an appropriate way. The owner of the Clinic had a clear development plan and vision, which made our work easier.

    Due to the previous implementation of branding projects for the largest network of ophthalmological clinics in Europe, Optegra (formerly Lexummedica), we had extensive knowledge of this market segment. We conducted a competitor analysis, the aim of which was to “recreate” the messages of competitors and indicate their signals. Thanks to this, we find areas on the map of customer perception that will allow us to distinguish the new brand on the market.

    When designing the sign, we were inspired by the shape of the lens used in modern optometric devices. In KV, we used a shape derived from the sign, symbolizing the default transition from no vision to clear vision.

    As part of the task, we developed media used in everyday work. We created patterns for communication in social media and designed a website.

    The result? The new brand of the ophthalmology clinic is developing dynamically from year to year, including becoming a Partner of Lech Poznań.

    The path from an idea to a new brand

    Delivery time: approx. 3-5 months
    Sometimes new brands need to act very quickly - the minimum time needed to go through the process of creating a new brand is 2.5 months, assuming very quick decisions on the Client's side and minimizing market research. We recommend adopting 5 months in the development plan, which allows for calm work on the concept.

    Stage 1. Brand development vision and sales plan The Owner's Vision and a well-developed strategy are key to a new brand. We co-create it with Decision Makers, sometimes Clients entrust us with developing business analyses and sales plans. At this stage, we also define the brand's geographic reach and its price positioning.
    Stage 2. Competitor Analysis We study the competition in terms of its communication, analyze the store shelf (for FMCG brands) or professional communication (for B2B brands), indicate weaknesses (depending on the client's expectations, we focus on the brand image or a comprehensive approach to the product/service). The aim of the study is to learn about the competitive environment in which the new brand will operate.
    Stage 3. Storytelling and brand identity In the strategic process of creating a brand, this moment is crucial - we usually build brand values ​​in close workshop cooperation with the Client's team. The brand owner is, just like us, the creator of his brand, thanks to which in the future he identifies with it more strongly and understands it better. We work according to our own Brand4Future methodology.
    Stage 4. Creative concept of the new brand Based on the brand identity, we usually develop 2-3 creative concepts, each of which contains: a unique name, slogan, graphic symbol, we select colors, we develop the so-called key visual, i.e. unique elements of the visual style. We present them using mood boards that reflect the character of the brand concept. We try to make the creative concepts very different but ... all fit within the framework of the developed brand identity.
    Stage 5. Designing marketing materials After selecting a creative line, we create a complete set of promotional material designs – from business cards and packaging to sales presentations, social media and advertising. We prepare the brand for effective communication in various channels.
    Stage 6. Development of an implementation strategy We plan the process of introducing a brand to the market – we select channels, define a marketing plan and develop recommendations for the start. We verify the brand reception among a test group or selected stakeholders. We refine the message, adjust the communication and finalize materials before full implementation.
    Stage 7. Brand implementation and launch We codify the new brand (we develop a brand book, brandguide), train your team and companies cooperating with you (e.g. performance agency, event agencies, video studios) how to effectively apply the new branding. We provide support in the first months of operation.
    Stage 8. Marketing outsourcing If the Client's marketing team needs temporary support, we provide our human resources. We can support the marketing department but we do not replace it. We also help in recruiting managers and members of marketing teams.
