It depends on the scope of the task. In a typical strategic process, after signing a confidentiality clause, we need from you:
1. Research and evaluation of your brand in the eyes of your customers
2. Materials that the brand has used so far
3. Information about the profiles of your customers
4. Vision and strategic goals, i.e. in which markets and in which segments your brand will operate (today, in a year and in 5 years)
5. Detailed information about the product portfolio
6. Indication of key competitors. We will take care of the rest during the workshops.
It’s your business, we’re here to help you stand out from the competition and gain an advantage. It’s important for the business owner to have specific strategic goals. Our role is to create a brand identity and unique visual style based on that.
As the Owner, you make key decisions and participate in creating the brand’s assumptions. You are therefore a co-author. Your time commitment is 3-4 workshop meetings (online or in person, as you prefer) of approx. 2 hours each.
1st meeting is a discussion of the market situation (presentation of our conclusions from the analyses), your strategic plans and a discussion of your expectations regarding the process
2nd meeting is a discussion of the brand identity and creative concepts and brainstorming
3rd meeting is a presentation of graphic designs and key visuals
4th meeting is a discussion of the list of materials and the website (work on branding implementation).
Each stage of the strategic process is important – that’s why we always give our Clients time to make a decision after summarizing a given stage. If you choose creative concepts and approve the brand identity, our work is based on the adopted assumptions, so you cannot change the identity after its acceptance, because our creative work will be wasted. Of course, after the presentation of the creative lines, you have the right to provide us with guidelines and make changes to the projects.
In each project, the Client receives a schedule before work begins. We work in our ERP system on daily microtasks and weekly sprints. We have vast experience in over 360 branding projects over 30 years, so we can assess both the time required and the team’s implementation capabilities.
Each Client receives support during implementation, but also after it. Depending on the Clients’ expectations, we can train their team, e.g. graphic designers, we can take over some of the work, e.g. packaging design, www implementation or strategic projects. We can also act as support for the marketing manager. It also happens that already in our history we have made facelifts to logos or key visuals developed by us (after approx. 8-10 years).
Yes, we have worked for many foreign brands, such as Billa (a chain of stores belonging to the REWE concern), Stigelmeyer (a manufacturer of medical furniture), Nestlé Torchin Ukraina and Amway. However, our main customers are medium-sized companies with a strong market position and annual revenues between 10 and 100 million euros.
In each project, we want the Client to feel very calm and comfortable in terms of payments. The Client gains trust in us during the project, which is why we divide the cooperation into stages (usually 5-8 stages). We settle for each stage separately, usually charging 3 installments for a given stage, i.e. 40% at the start of work, 30% after completing the work in a given stage, 30% after the end of the stage and transfer of the effects of a given stage. Thanks to this, the Client knows the budget for all stages but only risks the costs of a given stage.
Our prices are about 20% lower than the prices of branding agencies with our quality and level of work. We present the level of the best strategic and branding agencies in the world.
