The Client’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected, i.e., for the duration of the contract, and subsequently for the period required by law and until the expiry of the limitation periods for claims.

Brand4Future Sp. z o.o. processes Clients’ personal data for the following purposes:
a) performance of contracts for the provision of electronic services, sales agreements, or other contracts concluded via the website. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
b) compliance with legal obligations incumbent upon the controller, e.g., tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
c) pursuit of the controller’s legitimate interests, e.g., direct marketing, preparation of analyses and statistics, pursuit of claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). -
The controller may use profiling, including automated decision-making for marketing purposes. If such decisions could produce legal effects concerning the Client or similarly significantly affect them, processing will only take place on the basis of the Client’s explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.

The provision of personal data by the Client is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data may prevent the conclusion and performance of a contract.

The Client’s personal data may be disclosed to entities supporting Brand4Future Sp. z o.o. in providing services, such as IT system providers, entities providing accounting, legal, advertising, courier services, as well as payment operators and banks. In the case of using tools from companies outside the EEA (e.g., Google, Meta), data may be transferred outside the EEA based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The controller uses the Cookiebot by Usercentrics tool, which manages cookie consents and stores consent data (including: anonymized IP address, Consent ID, timestamp) solely on servers located in the EU.

The Client has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to the processing of personal data, including for direct marketing purposes. They also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the law.
