UX Consultant

Workplace: Poznan or remotely

Salary: 9 000 - 20 000 PLN

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced UX Expert who will be responsible for designing documentation for our projects. The person in this position will work with the design, development and business teams, ensuring that the solutions created are useful, intuitive and respond to the real needs of users.

Your tasks:

Conducting UX research (quantitative and qualitative) – interviews, usability tests, heuristic analysis, surveys, A/B tests.
Conducting research on solutions and inspiration from the market
Creating personas, user journey maps, diagrams, user scenarios, prototypes (low/high fidelity), documentation
Designing user flow, information architecture and interfaces in tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, creating clickable prototypes for eCommerce, websites, platforms and mobile applications
Creating content and messages for the needs of designed views and guidelines for creating video content
Cooperation with UI designers, developers and project managers
Conducting workshops with Clients, presentations of developed solutions

Requirements:

At least 4–5 years of experience as a UX Designer / UX Researcher / UX Expert. Including work on websites, eCommerce and mobile applications
A portfolio presenting the ability to work on large projects
Practical knowledge of tools such as: Figma, Adobe XD
Very good knowledge of the principles of user-centered design (UCD) and design thinking.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and the principles of designing accessible and inclusive interfaces (preferred).
Ability to cooperate with the UI team, programmers and business stakeholders.
Analytical thinking and the ability to translate research results into specific design recommendations.
Very good knowledge of English (min. B2), due to the implementation of projects with foreign clients
