Rebranding of a company dealing with the digitalization of enterprises
About Suncode and the task
For a dynamically developing company dealing with the digitalization of enterprises, in particular organizing the workflow of documents and processes, we carried out a brand rebranding process.
Today, Suncode is a leading technology company providing and implementing the most modern IT systems for managing documents and business processes. The company’s flagship product is the Plus Workflow system, which allows you to reflect any business process of the enterprise
Firma Plus Workflow before the changes
The owners of the Company (then PLUS) developed their PlusWorkflow product to the point where they started working with very large companies and felt that a weak brand image was a barrier to development.
New brand identity, brand architecture and logotype
For Suncode, we developed two creative lines of the logo, each of which retained the basic assumption, i.e. to show in the logo “organization of documents”, “transition from chaos to order.
The brand name was the work of our Clients and its selection was preceded by market research in target groups. From our perspective, the name fits the subject of the activity perfectly.
Brand concept and key visual development
In Keyvisual, the brandface featured the figure of a consultant – reflecting from a visual point of view – the features that were characteristic of an employee / expert in the darkness of Suncode.
Slogan: “We make business process easier” – directly communicates the brand’s promise. That is why it was important for us to strongly highlight it on practically all materials.
Graphic elements – in the brand’s visual distinguishing features we used, among others, a colorful, broken line (“code”), which was directly derived from the logotype and referred to the name. The construction of the line is also not accidental – from smaller parts to the whole, it was to emphasize that each process consists of details that at the end of the process create a whole.
Brand colors – we selected colors based on the analysis of competitors’ signals and chose a color palette unique against the background of competitors
