Head of Strategy & Design
Who are we looking for:
As Head of Strategy & Design, you will be responsible for the quality of our strategic and creative work in branding projects – from brief to final execution. We are looking for a leader to lead our team of strategists and designers – someone who combines strategic thinking with a sense of aesthetics and the ability to work with the client at an owner level.
Your tasks:
- Implementation of strategic work in branding projects (including strategic analysis, product portfolio analysis, brand architecture models, persona development, brand strategy and positioning, brand identity)
- Co-creation of creative concepts for brands
- Conducting workshops and presentations for Clients from various industries
- Active participation in new business – bidding for the creation of processes tailored to Client expectations and planning the work of the team.
- Due to our specificity, we do not participate in tenders.
- Monitoring the quality of projects and execution in line with strategic assumptions.
- Cooperation with the management in the development of the agency’s international presence.
Requirements:
- At least 6–8 years of experience in a branding or strategic-creative agency (including senior positions).
Ability to run strategic-creative projects confirmed by references and market successes
Experience in running branding projects for international markets.
Strong strategic competences and knowledge of branding frameworks (e.g. brand archetypes, brand onion, purpose-driven branding)
Very good knowledge of English (min. C1) – daily work in this language.
A sense of aesthetics and understanding of the principles of graphic design (including branding, websites and eCommerce)
Confidence in contacts with the Client – presentation and workshop skills
