    Head of Growth

    Workplace: Poznan or remotely
    Salary: 12 000 - 20 000 PLN
    (with commissions of 400-600 thousand per year)

    Brand4Future (after 30 years of operating as Show Service and FreshBrand Design) sets itself ambitious goals of diversifying markets in terms of revenue (up until now 90% was generated by the Polish market). Now we are taking the next step in development – we are building a scalable partnership program with foreign companies and we are looking for someone to lead this project from A to Z.

    Who are we looking for:

    As Head of Growth you will be responsible for creating and developing an international network of business partnerships – with creative agencies, consulting firms, consultants, software houses and other entities with whom we can cooperate on branding projects and website and eCommerce implementations.

    Your tasks:

    • Designing and implementing a growth strategy based on B2B partnerships (mainly foreign).
    • Establishing and developing relationships with potential partners (LinkedIn, networking, online/offline meetings).
    • Coordinating the onboarding process of new partners.
    • Close cooperation with the strategic and marketing team in terms of communication and offer materials and project implementation.
    • Monitoring the results of the partnership program and reporting to the management.
    • Co-creating lead generation activities and cooperation with the sales department.

    Requirements:

    • At least 8-10 years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships or growth marketing (preferred in an agency, software house or creative company).
    • Marketing knowledge, in particular knowledge of branding processes
    • Knowledge of foreign markets and experience in establishing B2B relationships outside Poland.
    • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
    • Independence, initiative and focus on action.
    • Fluent in English (minimum C1) – daily work with foreign partners. Knowledge of other languages ​​is welcome.
    • Analytical thinking skills and drawing conclusions from data..
