About the refresh of the marathon website and our task
On the occasion of another facelift of the Marathon brand, after about 10 years from the first rebranding project we did, we were tasked with designing and implementing a new corporate website for Marathon International Logistics. See and evaluate how we succeeded.
Page lift in the desktop version
When designing the website, we retained 80% of the existing structure of subpages, but we added some functions that were to facilitate the handling of offer inquiries (integration with the internal ERP system) and the work of the HR department (through integration with eRekruter, among others). One of the important elements of the work was to create a subpage about CSR showing the company’s huge involvement in social activities.
A completely new approach to the mobile version
When implementing a new website project, we decided to implement a mobile version treated in the design as a mobile application (de facto, this means a change of thinking from adapting the desktop version to completely redesigning the website). We focused on large applications and large titles, as well as a lot of video content.
Content creation for www purposes
Working with each company, we also offer content development, photo selection and video production for the website. Thanks to this, the client receives a practically ready website from us – requiring only a substantive check before publication.
